1) Why is the pricing different for married couples?
Married couples pricing includes a private room for two (each room has two twin beds). Because we have a limited number of these private rooms, the pricing is increased per person. If you would like to register as regular on-site attendees, you can register without the extra fee; however, you will be placed in separate standard conference rooms with other attendees of the same gender.
2) I can only come for part of the conference. Can I get a discount?
Due to the amount of registrations we receive, we cannot accommodate these special requests. We do have several options, including full day passes which include three meals and all sessions/workshops that day!
3) Will there be childcare available if I bring my kids?
Childcare will be provided during all main sessions for babies and children! There will also be a TV feed in the auditorium foyer for mothers who would like to stay with their babies.
4) Can I bring students from my youth group?
We do allow registrants under the age of 18 to attend the conference if they are accompanied by another registrant who is over the age of 18. Please note: if the underage registrant is staying on-site, the accompanying adult must be of the same gender as the registrant and listed as the main registrant upon registration. Additionally, for rooming purposes, you must have at least one chaperone of the same gender for every five underage registrants you bring.
5) What time does the conference start and end?
Registration is from 3-5pm on Monday. The conference will start that night with dinner and the first main session. The conference officially concludes with breakfast on Thursday morning, but the final main session is Wednesday night.
6) I’m flying in. What airport is the closest? Do you provide rides from the airport to the conference center?
The two closest airports are Ontario and San Diego. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide rides from the airport; however, there are many services available for hire to and from these airports.
7) Will the conference be live-streamed on the web?
At this time there are no plans for the conference to be live-streamed.

9) Are meals provided as part of the registration?
Yes! All meals are provided for both on-site and off-site conference attendees. Additionally, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided for those who purchase day passes.
10) Something has come up, and I can't come to the conference anymore. Can I get a refund on my registration?
Unfortunately, we will no longer be granting any refunds for the conference. You can, however, transfer your registration to another person if you are unable to attend and would like to find someone to take your place. Please email us at ccwlc@calvarychapel.com for all registration transfers.
11) I'll be coming in from out the area and would like to arrive early. Can I stay on campus for Sunday night?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are no longer able to accommodate early arrivals. The conference center is very busy, and must carry out a quick turnover from their weekend retreat to get rooms ready and cleaned for us!
