THE WORSHIP LEADER AS THE PRAYER LEADER - Johnny Zacchio - Upper Room Since the beginning, God’s Church has been a people devoted to prayer. Jesus even says that His Fathers house is to be a house of prayer. As worship leaders who shepherd congregations through song, we can often forget the importance and power of prayer during the gatherings we lead. If we were to replace the term ‘Worship Leader’ with ‘Prayer Leader’ we would be accurate in doing so because we have the potential to dramatically affect the prayer lives of the people through the songs we lead. We will learn this by looking to scripture and examining the role of prayer both in our personal preparation and in our gatherings. As worship leaders who seek to make disciples, we must not forget our role as “Prayer Leaders.” INCORPORATING TRACKS IN WORSHIP - Sam Miles - Palm Room In this workshop we will equip you with the tools to incorporate tracks in the context of a modern worship setting.
